Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or accessing HelpULearn digital products available at helpulearn.org, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the materials.
License & Access: HelpULearn provides digital instructional materials as valuable learning resources under a limited, non-transferable license.
Individual Access: Individual licenses are for personal use only and may not be shared.
Classroom License: Provides unlimited classroom use for one instructor and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Licenses may not be transferred to another teacher or institution without written permission. Access does not transfer ownership of materials.
Intellectual Property: All content, including slide decks, instructional materials, assessments, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of HelpULearn.
Materials may not be: Resold, Shared publicly, Uploaded to public platforms, Distributed outside the scope of the purchased license. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
Payment & Access Period: Access to digital materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase (typically 12 months). Continued access beyond the license period requires renewal.
No Guarantees: HelpULearn provides instructional materials designed to support literacy development, preparation for College Reading Placement Exams, and GED preparation. Individual outcomes may vary, and no guarantees of specific results are made.
Limitation of Liability: HelpULearn is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the materials.
Modifications: HelpULearn reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of materials constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Rescheduling. Clients may reschedule any session through the link provided in their booking confirmation email, provided the request is made no fewer than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling within this window is permitted at no charge.
Late cancellations. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session start time will result in the forfeiture of that session. The session will be counted as completed for purposes of any package or membership in which the Client is enrolled.
No-shows. If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session shall be considered completed, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
Provider cancellations. If the Provider must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at no charge to the Client, and the Provider will, where reasonable, offer additional accommodation in recognition of the inconvenience.
